Description: The Telepath: A name given to the individual who values their mind above all else. It is said that humans only utilize a small portion of the potential that their brain holds. The Telepath was born with the ability to access their full potential, achieving mind-boggling and often unthinkable feats. They are truly an amazing specimen and, though they may appear different, they are more human than any of us. The first thing they are granted with is an exceptionally high intelligence. They are able to solve the most complex of puzzles and understand the workings of techniques with incredible ease. At times, their knowledge may even seem omnipotent, but this is not true. Almost nothing is outside of the mental capabilities of the Telepath.
Their consciousness, however, has become near-omnipotent. They are able to read the minds of those they look at. With a mere glance, nothing more than surface thoughts can be read (which can be described as the thought currently dominating their focus). The Telepath can delve as deeply as they wish with concentration and focus, making intense reading impossible in combat. With a little bit of focus, they can also project their consciousness around them, able to sense anything within a certain distance (10 meters each rank). Supplementing their mind with chakra, the Telepath has gained the ability to utilize mental energy outside of their body in the form of telekinesis. They can lift objects with nothing but their mind and a little chakra (100 lbs and 10 meter distance every rank). They can also use this energy in other ways, demonstrated by many techniques.
