Requirements: My permission, cannot take another Talent that grants an element.
Cost: 400EXP and 50 point training, or character creation with good enough background.
Description: The psychic ability to manifest electricity, and to read magnetic waves. This is a talent that some considered to possibly be a bloodline at one point, but that theory has long since been disproven. Through their own mental capacity, and brain waves the user can create electricity, lightning, the sound of thunder, and slightly control magnetic waves. One with this talent gains Raiton as a primary element. This talent also gives the user an easier time creating and manifesting Raiton based jutsu making them count as having a 50% higher chakra pool for such techniques/abilities. The ability to manifest electricity and magnetic waves is based upon the user’s own “strength”; in terms of magnetic control you can never manipulate anything more than twice your body size with this talent alone, and metallic objects with chakra being used on them cannot be controlled.

• Academy student: Simple sparks and annoying magnetic fields which can make others around your heads ring faintly, but don’t worry that will fade in time.
  
  
• Genin: You can create strands of electricity up to 10ft from your body in addition to controlling magnetic material within such range imperfectly.
  
  
• Chunnin: You can create arcs of electricity up to 30ft from your body, they can inflict severe burns and nub/paralyze if exposed too for one or more posts. You can control magnetic material up to 30ft away from you with stronger accuracy, and infuse your electricity to create a magnetic current in non organic materials.
  
  
• Jounin: You can create barrages of electricity up to 50ft from your body; they have the same power level as before but now you can control said electricity able to redirect it. The magnetic field you project is the same as your electricity range, and all magnetic material within it can be controlled, though it’s still limited by the range; and you being unable to control organic material.
  
  
• Kage level: You can create electricity up to 70ft from your body; it has the same power as before and control just now you can create thunder sounds within the electricity itself, and cause the current to linger for a post within an object. The magnetic field you can control is the same as the before only the current remaining for a post means constant electrical contact with the material is not needed.
