Description: Kamui is a powerful jutsu that may manifest itself in the eyes of one who has developed the Mangekyo Sharingan. This technique is classified as space-time ninjutsu, defying the laws of nature. Kamui's unique ability involves transporting objects to another dimension via teleportation. This can be used in a number of varying ways, giving this technique a unique versatility. The first is the teleporting of other objects. By focusing the eye's vision directly upon a point, the user can cause this object to be transported to another dimension where it will forever be trapped until the user wishes to release it. The releasing process is simple. By using a bit of chakra, they can choose any of the objects they have transported to this realm at will and launch it from their eye. When being used on a person, this technique will more than likely only transport a part of them to the other realm.

The second application allows the user to teleport themselves via this dimension which, in turn, has two additional uses. The first is simple teleportation. With this technique, the user can teleport themselves nearly anywhere they desire, as long as they've visited the location at least once. By touching another person, this person may be teleported with them. The second effect involves only partially sending the user's own body into this other dimension. While they will appear to be whole, they are able to phase through solid substances but are unable to make physical contact with anything while in this state. When something phases through them like this, the affected area will distort. When teleporting objects, a swirl will form around the targeted area before distorting and sucking inwards towards the center. The same thing happens when the user teleports themselves, the swirl focused around their eye.

Using any of this technique's abilities drains 2 points with each use. When phasing through an object, it normally only lasts an instant but can be extended for an additional point per post.

Sending someone forever to your realm doesn't make too much sense from one lore perspective; and they haven't stated this in the show yet either due tot he circumstance i'll bring up not happening yet.

If you (as in the RPC using this) were to die, what would happen to the person in said realm? Logically the realm if you were killed wouldn't exist anymore unless implanted, or the magical eyes weren't destroyed; though that's my opinion.

"Kamui allows the user to transfer anything to another dimension. Once a target is sent to this dimension it is unable to escape." Source. Regardless if this happens or not, this is what I was basing the technique off of.

As for the realm, it continues to exist but the portal in and out would cease to exist. I could go further in depth by saying that ANY Uchiha with Kamui accesses the same realm.

Limit it a bit, make it so if the user dies or if the victim is stuck in there for a week, the victim is sent back to their last location or something, you can't just put someone in somewhere for all of eternity. xD

Why not? It's the exact same as killing an RPC, except this brings the potential that, one day, I may go "Hey, you're back alive." It's not an instant kill technique because it takes a considerable amount of focus to transport an entire person.

I'll approve this myself if rather than taking someone to this alternate realm, you must first look at them, then think of where you want them to be. So you'd be allowed to move them (and yourself) to any location you want. There should be no moving people in and out of existence though. That's a big no-no. It'd work like you're forcibly summoning someone to another location of your choosing.

I agree with Rain, but I do think people should be able to teleport other people to "Other-Dimension" if they're willingly touching the user, otherwise they can't be teleported at all, as the ability works like this: The user is taken to the "Other-Dimension" and from there, can teleport any location that he has been to, the user can also send certain parts of his body to the dimension to become "Intangible" but. It's Rains decision on this.

That's actually the exact point. It's like in the Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 game when Tobi's "Masked Man" form does his jutsu. He sucks someone into the other dimension, turns around, launches them out, and throws stuff at them. But fine. People can only be teleported normally, not sucked into Kamui's dimension.
