The Rings of Power WIP

Description: The Rings of Power are unique artifacts which have no known origin. They always appear from the sky, presumably outer space, crashing down to the earth before whomever they deem chosen. Each ring chooses their targets via unknown criteria and each ring is presumed to have different criteria as both great heroes and terrible villains alike have been seen wearing these rings. In the hands of someone not chosen by a Ring of Power, the ring becomes nothing more than a fancy piece of jewelry.

The rings draw their power from the emotions of their wearer. For the most part, the ring is charged by the emotion the user is most familiar with and exhibits the most often, but strong enough emotions can temporarily change what the ring draws upon. This change in emotion is mostly aesthetic, changing the color of the energy utilized, but each color does have its own unique abilities.

The emotions and their colors are as follows:

• Indigo - Compassion
  
• Violet - Love
  
• Black - Death
  
• White - Righteousness

These rings are known for taking the emotions of their wearer and, by mixing in a little bit of chakra, creating constructs from pure light energy (colored appropriately to the user's emotions). These constructs can be nearly anything from flat walls and boxes to more complex structures like swords, appendages, and even full clones of people. The power of these rings is seemingly endless, being limited only by the wearer's emotions and creativity.

Each technique used by the power ring costs chakra equal to its rank but does not require hand seals as it draws upon the user's emotions and is emitted from the ring.

Name: Light Construct: Barrier
Prerequisites: Power Ring Talent

Jutsu Rank: B/A
Description: The barrier technique is a simple and easy to use defensive technique. By charging chakra into their ring, they can form solid barriers of light. These barriers can be boxes, walls, or anything else that could be used to block incoming attacks. Barriers, however, will never be constructs that entirely surround the user or target, instead only blocking one direction at a time. These barriers can be used to block techniques of up to equal rank.

Name: Light Construct: Force Field
Prerequisites: Power Ring talent and Light Construct: Barrier
Style: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Rank: S-rank
Description: The Force Field construct is similar to the barrier construct in that it is used for defensive purposes, but the Force Field is much more powerful and equally as taxing. With energy, the user will create a translucent dome of energy around themselves and anyone nearby that they wish to protect, surrounding them with no openings. This force field can be used as an endless defense of sorts as it can block nearly anything but requires the user to pump chakra equal to the blocked jutsu into the force field to negate the effects.

Jutsu Rank: B-rank
Description: With the power granted by their Power Ring, the user can construct weapons from thin air. These weapons can be nearly anything: Swords, daggers, kunai, staves, ect. Though they appear to be made out of light and actually are, they hold no special properties, functioning only as an average weapon of that style would.

Jutsu Rank: A-rank
Description: The Light Construct Clone is the shining example of the Power Ring's abilities. The Light Construct Clone is possibly the only ability that doesn't take the color of the user's emotional energy. By placing chakra into their ring, they can create a flawless clone of themselves, able to mimic anything the original can do. Their chakra is split like the Kage Bunshin technique and the excess chakra is returned to the original when a clone vanishes. These clones are resilient though, able to take a couple blows (or one large attack) before dispersing. Like Kage Bunshin clones, these clones can travel independently of the user and broadcast information to them upon dispelling the jutsu.

Description: A simple construct with infinite possibilities. The user will create a large hand about the size of an average human. This hand can be manipulated to do anything within ten meters of them, able to lift objects, attack, or block basic taijutsu techniques.
