Description: Sometimes in life, you gotta blow things up. Some people can do it. Some people live to do it. This talent is for the second group of people. This talent give the user the Katon element and a few tricks to help them with their explosions. The first trick is the ability to minimize explosions. Need to blow open a lock but, only have a explosive tag? That's fine because you can control the explosion when it happens and cause it to be 1/10 as big as it should be. Now the door is intact and open! Need to blow up most of the second floor and only have a explosive tag? You can do that too. When your tag goes off, you can maximize the explosion for it to be 3 times the normal size.
*This talent only works if you are within detonation range of item.
*This only works on weapon based explosion/explosions caused by weapons
*The item must be within general line of site but, can be behind walls, buildings, ect when set off
*The user chooses the increase/decrease at the time of detonation.
