Description: Hazumi Tama is a jutsu created specifically for use in conjunction with taijutsu, and requires a power-based fighting style in order to be used. With each hit, chakra is sent to the impact point and 'bounces', charging as it is sent through the user's body and towards another part of the body for another impact, each strike becoming stronger and stronger due to the chakra. All the chakra is lost if a single hit were to miss. After the third hit the user can then release the chakra in a final blow (that isn't required to be direct contact) in the form of a raiton jutsu, a lightning strike that will be sent six feet, and then return. At A-Rank, the user can string more concurrent hits, adding power and distance to the technique (two more feet of travel per successive hit). It has full power until it reaches it's maximum distance, and then dissipate at half the distance it takes on its return to the user.

For example, a person were to begin using the jutsu and would punch once with his left hand, once with his right shin, and then once with his right foot. When he goes for his fourth hit, the technique would leave his body and travel six feet, turn back, and then travel three feet before dissipating fully.

I get the basic idea of what you're going for, but wouldn't this jutsu work out better as Taijutsu? Honestly it's up to you, and for rank i'd say about B rank depending on how powerful these hits are.

I'm not entirely sure what the difference is between taijutsu-based ninjutsu and flat out taijutsu, so I'll go ahead and mark it down as a B-Rank Taijutsu, if you think it fits.

I'm honestly a little bit confused on what this does.

Like I said, it's a bit confusing, so I wouldn't mind giving it a second go with the explanation or allow someone else to rewrite it. Essentially, each attack would 'rev' chakra, kind of how you would rev an engine. After three 'revs', you can then release it as an attack.

The technique itself feels more like a talent. Because to me, all it looks like is that you're starting up a jutsu, then only using it after you've gained an opening. o_o

I don't really see how you can wait for an opening if it requires you hit them three times successively before you can 'use' the jutsu.
