Canon Clans Job

Basically, I planned on creating the canon clans, however, I figure it's far more easy for you guys to make the clans that you actually want out of the canon set and post them up. That way, I don't end up making clans that no one particularly wants or cares for. If you want it, make it, I'll evaluate it and approve it as necessary. Of course, there will be rewards for it, for example, the cost of learning the abilities will cost less experience or maybe the cost of a single one of the abilities will be reduced to zero for the person who actually makes the clan. I'm not sure, but there will definitely be rewards for the one who creates the clan.
