Clan History: The Uzumaki clan (うずまき一族, Uzumaki Ichizoku) was a prominent clan in Uzushiogakure. They were distant blood relatives of the Senju clan and as such, both were on good terms; an alliance that extended onto their hidden villages — Konohagakure and Uzushiogakure. The shinobi of Konoha integrated Uzushiogakure's symbol onto their uniforms and flak jackets as well as on the shoulders of their uniforms as a sign of friendship and goodwill between the two villages, and continue to do so to this day, in memory of their friendship even years after Uzushiogakure's destruction.

Members of this clan were very knowledgeable in the art of fūinjutsu, and were both respected, and feared worldwide because of their prodigious skill. Though noted to be crude in their methods, this however, eventually led to the destruction of Uzushiogakure and the rest of the Land of Whirlpools during the era of Shinobi World Wars, as other nations had begun to see the village as too great a threat to go unchecked. With the destruction of their homeland, the remaining survivors of Uzushiogakure fled their homeland and went into hiding, scattered all around the world.

The Senju and Uzumaki clans are distant blood relatives whom they retained strong connections with. For this reason Konoha-nin uniforms have the symbol of Uzushiogakure emblazoned on its shoulders. Hashirama's wife would also come from this clan, further strengthening their ties. The members of the Uzumaki clan possessed both incredible longevity and life force. Their longevity can be seen in part through Mito, who lived from long before the founding of Konoha, to well into the term of the Third Hokage's reign.



Bloodline Description: The Uzumaki Clan was a very well known one, being extremely prominent and feared for it's sealing techniques. In times of need, the Uzumaki have shown great skill when sealing large threats. However, it was for this same reason that the clan was nearly eradicated. The Uzumaki clan holds a great resilience to damage and age and holds a nearly unmatched amount of skill in sealing techniques. It should be noted that every Jinchuuriki for the Nine Tailed Fox has been an Uzumaki shinobi, showing their great stamina and sealing capability.

Description: A rather important portion of any Uzumaki's life, just as their hair is a bright crimson red, they are talented in the art of sealing techniques. This talent grants the Uzumaki shinobi an ability to use the techniques of the Uzumaki clan. Those with stage one are granted the ability to learn and use the Uzumaki Techniques as if they have one style point in Fuuinjutsu. This does not work for techniques that do not belong to this clan

• At Stage Two, the shinobi gains the ability to add fuuinjutsu seals to objects by simply touching them. Additionally, the shinobi will always be able to get a general idea of where the seal was placed, regardless of where it moves, as it is simply looking for your own chakra signature amongst many. While these seals may be removed by forcing chakra equal in power to the seal that was placed, they make no sound when applied and take no additional chakra to maintain when placed.
  
  
• At Stage Three, the clan gains a bonus 25% to their chakra pool, allowing them to fight a little longer than the average shinobi. On top of this, this stage allows the Uzumaki to mix two Fuuinjutsu techniques together, allowing one to prepare two fuuinjutsu techniques of equal rank at the cost of a single technique. This is the very final stage, showing apparent mastery over the bloodline talents.
  

Name: Uzumaki Resilience
Requirements: Taken at Creation.
Cost: 0 Experience Point Expenditure.
Description: The Uzumaki clan is granted with an innate resilience. Their stamina and chakra pool are larger than that of an average shinobi. For all purposes, Uzumaki gain a +100% bonus to stamina, making them rather hard to outright defeat, but not altogether impossible. This ability, also allows the shinobi to live significantly longer than the average man. Their life-span is increased by approximately 55 Years.

Description: The Uzumaki Clan Seal effectively turns any surface into a sealing scroll. Taking a single seal to complete, the user will place a single hand on the ground or other surface, creating an Eight Trigrams Seal formula. From there, the user may reach into the seal, pulling out any items that have been previously been inserted. When an item is added, a single tiny kanji is added to the forumula, stretching out from the center. As more items are added, more kanji are added, making the formula look fairly ornate when used a lot. When an item is removed, a kanji is removed.

Name: Dead Demon Consuming Seal
Prerequisites: Uzumaki Sealing Proficiency 2
Style: Fuuinjutsu - Kinjutsu

Description: An extremely dangerous double-bladed technique made by the Uzumaki, the user will run through a long string of hand seals, summoning forth a death god holding a blade in its mouth. After a small amount of time, the shinigami will restrain the summoner using it's hair, reaching through the chest of the summoner to target the enemy. After the enemy's soul or chakra has been grabbed, it will be yanked from their body along with the summoners, being devoured by the shinigami for an eternity.

Name: Chakra Draining Seal
Prerequisites: Uzumaki Sealing Proficiency 1
Style: Fuuinjutsu
Jutsu Rank: B-Ranked
Description: The Chakra Draining seal is a technique that allows a user to separate and remove any chakra that is not native to the user or to the target. While this is not effective in removing the chakra of a bijuu or demon, it does the job very nicely when used to remove something like a cursed seal. It cannot be used to remove chakra native to the body and cannot kill an enemy.

Name: Finger Carving Seal
Prerequisites: Uzumaki Sealing Proficiency 1
Style: Fuuinjutsu
Jutsu Rank: D-Ranked (Basic)
Description: The user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that, can apply writing of whatever they want to a surface. This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is on flesh, it will scar.

Name: Five Element Seal
Prerequisites: Uzumaki Sealing Proficiency 3
Style: Fuuinjutsu - Kinjutsu
Jutsu Rank: A-Ranked
Description: After running through a fairly long string of hand seals. The user will make seals on the tips of each of their fingers, representing elements. When these seals are rammed into the core (stomach) of the enemy, it will brand kanji on their stomach. This technique produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. This will cause the enemy to lose 25% of their chakra control until unsealed. It can be unsealed by using the reverse of this technique, known as the Five Element Unseal

Description: A fairly fun prank shinobi often pull on others, this technique must be set up ahead of time. After putting a seal on the ground as large as the user wants, when a particular chakra signature enters the area, all within the range of the seal will be trapped within a different dimensional space. Funnily enough, the seal cannot be broken by brute force, but the user may return to the world by simply by giving a blood sacrifice and summoning theirself. This can be done even if the user does not know the summoning technique.
