Becoming the Tsuchikage{OPEN}

Walking the streets alone, Amesuke would wander his own way with no particular direction. He had wanted to head back to the front lines of the war, but for whatever reason, the council had denied him that "luxury" with his hands in his pocket, he would accept his issues. He was basically under house arrest and the only thing to do about it at this point, was accept the troubles. Wandering through the streets, he would look up at the dark-nights sky, then hearing a few footsteps pitter patter in front of him, he would look down, noticing two children dart past him. Looking back, he would notice a little boy and a little girl, possible rushing to get home before mommy and daddy caught them out late.

One had short black hair and a blue skirt while the other had spikey brown hair, probably what his own looked like in his youth. It was a sight that warmed his heart for some reason he couldn't fully explain, but nonetheless, he walked on, letting the occurrence pass into forgotten time. With his hands in his pocket he would look around the area, hearing people walking upon him. Within seconds, he was surrounded by Hunter-Nin from the Iwagakure. The Council wishes to speak with you immediately. Hurry along. A slightly skeptical face crept across his face as he began to walk with the shinobi who had found him. Folding his arms behind his back he would allow the escort to the chambers of the council.

Upon reaching the chambers, his escort would dissipate, leaving him standing alone before the massive double doors. Pushing them open, he would stand before three shinobi which sat at a high table which wrapped around the room. Not particularly caring what the Council wanted, he'd raise a single hand up, saying, Something you wanted? His voice would echo throughout the chambers and almost immediately, one of the council members would reply.

Amesuke Suzumori... We have noticed your capability and you have been nothing but useful to use since your joining us... If you'll take our offer, we'd like to appoint you as our Tsuchikage. The thoughts darted through the mans head, bouncing off of the inner walls between his ears. Were they serious? They're so "as a matter of fact" about this... Clenching his fists, he would contemplate denying them. His only true goal was to protect the hidden leaf village. However, as he thought of the situations, he may be able to protect his home even better as the leader of his enemies. Walking closer to the council, he would nod his head, saying absolutely nothing.

I'll be your Tsuchikage. In return, you will release Saotomi Kohaku to me to train under only my supervision. Is that understood Council? The council would murmur amongst themselves before speaking out, contemplating what the man actually wanted with the young girl. However, they had no reason, nor no authority to deny him this wish in this time of need. Iwa needed a Kage badly and they needed a good one too. The speaker would talk loudly, his voice echoing in the massive room,

Very well Amesuke-Sama. Handing him a scroll, the council would sit back in their seats, as if dismissing him. Amesuke would walk out, his hands in his pockets, with a smirk on his face. He was one step closer to his goals.
