Chimera Seal/Many Faced Beast Kekkei Genkai

Name: Seal of the Chimera, Many Faced Beast
Requirements: My permission, Admin permission, Permanently lose all elements, 60 Pointt Training
Cost: 500 Exp Expenditure
Description: In lieu of having an element of their own, the practitioner of the Chimera Seal and the Many Faced Beast Kekkei Genkai wears masks composed entirely of Chakra to gain the abilities of a fallen enemy. The Many Faced Beast can switch masks at any time, allowing him a measure of surprise and versatility that others cannot attain, at the cost of high level jutsus that others may be able to master. By binding the souls of enemies near death, using the Chimera Seal, to a physical construct of Chakra, often times a mask, the practitioner effectively steals all but the highest level of abilities that the fallen enemy was capable of using at the time of their death.

Since the practitioner cannot learn elemental Jutsu, this can be a way to earn those jutsu else-wise restricted. The practitioner can create and maintain up to five masks at a time, and can choose to release the souls if they so deem worthwhile (Such as in the use of Edo Tensei). Once a soul is released from the Chimera Seal, the user loses the jutsu tied to it, and they cannot seal that soul again under any circumstances. It requires much of the practitioner's effort to switch masks, and can only do so every 5 posts due to a need to recover the focus necessary. (A list of the souls must be provided in the character sheet)

User Rank Specifics:

Student: Student ranked users are able to use any jutsu up to C rank used by the victim.

Genin: Genin ranked users are able to use any jutsu up to B rank used by the victim. They are only able to steal 2 B ranked Jutsu from the victim.

Chuunin Level: Chuunin ranked users are able to use any jutsu up to A rank used by the victim. They are only able to steal 1 A ranked jutsu in total, and up to 4 B ranked from each victim.

Jounin Level: Jounin Level users are able to use any jutsu up to A rank used by the victim. They are able to steal 1 A ranked jutsu from the victim and up to 5 B ranked from each victim.

Kage Level: Kage Level users are able to use any jutsu up to S rank used by the victim. They are only able to steal 1 S rank in total, 2 A rank from any victim, and all B ranked from the victim. Users of this rank can also steal 1 combat form from a victim, the form is also tied to the mask.

Kage: Kage users are able to use any jutsu used by the victim. They are able to steal 1 S rank, and 4 A rank from any victim. Users of this rank can also steal 2 combat forms from the victim, making these users terrifying to combat with due to sheer variability in their powers.

Jutsu Limitations:

- Any jutsu that requires a specific contract cannot be stolen by the user, though if they have a contract of a similar nature, it can be copied. If the Kuchiyose no Jutsu were to be stolen, the user would not summon the victim's summon unless they had a source of the victim's blood to make the proper sacrifice and the knowledge of which hand they had used. This is extremely unlikely.

- Any Jutsu requiring a specific fighting style or Kekkei Genkai that the user does not have are not available for stealing.
EG: The Jutsu used alongside the Jyuuken and Byakugan styles are not useable due to the user lacking the Byakugan and Jyuuken styles.

- Bloodline Jutsu are not able to be stolen unless the user is of that bloodline.

This is actually probably fine. It's basically a toned down version not egf. When I get home Ill work with you to fit it to the N:SoL standards as far as costs and requirements.
