Description: The Seal Eye technique grants the user a greater understanding of Fuuinjutsu. This allows them to do things such as attach their consciousness into a seal. When that's done, they can feel when people are tampering with their seals, when they've been activated or released, and when someone is nearby if the seal has a proximity effect. When used on a sealing technique placed upon a living being or holding back a living being, the Uchiha can mentally speak and visit the individual(s) from anywhere. This technique also allows the user to tighten a seal up to S-rank and break a seal of up to A-rank with ease.

Ehh...It sounds good and all. I'm really not sure though about it, so I'm going to leave this to Dylan.

Now that I look at this. It breaks the way Fuuinjutsu works on the site with that last clause.

Then should I remove that? Might I ask what the problem actually is though? Just curious.

Adding seals via eyes or manipulating them is in no way approvable lol.
