I'd like the site to begin to flourish in more directions than just in Konoha and Iwa. As a result. I'm allowing people to make Chuunin Level characters in the Sunagakure and in the Kirigakure. This deal lasts as long as I feel it is necessary.

New promotional deal for shinobi who start in Konoha and Iwagakure
- Shinobi will be able to start at the rank of Chuunin or lower.
- They are able to start with up to 5 Jutsu, not including the basic techniques.
- They are granted 500 Ryou upon creation of their account.
- Characters who are already in creation still maintain the bonuses from before this update.
